Abstract

In the long-term globalization development, China's supply chain has the common problem of structural vulnerability of global supply chain and poor risk absorption capacity under the frequent occurrence of natural disasters. In the past three years, China's supply chain has been facing the impact of two aspects, one is the production impact caused by epidemic outbreaks and different epidemic control policies in different countries, and the other is the destruction of the original network collaboration by national competition, especially the industrialization policy adjustment carried out by countries and the implementation of value-oriented supply chain ally cooperation to China. In this regard, we should conceptually adhere to openness, promote the development of domestic industrial chain and international industrial chain integration, and actively promote the global development of supply chain resilience and cooperation, while in principle adhere to cooperation, should actively explore collaborative, autonomous and controllable supply chain internally and externally, while at the same time to actively establish an supply chain risk warning and response reconstruction mechanism.
