Abstract
The Russia-Ukraine war is changing everything. Neutral countries gave up their neutrality, peaceful countries began to rebuild their military power, and non-nuclear countries amended their constitutions to develop nuclear weapons. All this is changing not just in Europe, but globally. While all this is worth China's attention, what it urgently needs to do now is to change the unfavorable situation of its diplomacy since the Russia-Ukraine war. The United States took advantage of the war in Ukraine to further promote the polarization of the world, kidnapped China and Russia together, and greatly shaped the international narrative of "Russia-China axis" to effectively kidnap the EU and promote the confrontation between the EU and China. If we do not completely shatter this grand strategy of polarization in the US, then our future diplomacy will be in a very passive situation.
