Abstract

China's current food security is guaranteed. However, the external dependence of resources of some non rations agricultural products has been climbing momentum. For example, in 2020, the total production of soybeans in China is 19.6 million tons, while imports exceeding 100 million tons, with an external dependence of more than 80%. Resource-based agricultural imports have risen significantly since this year. This must draw our attention. We need to prepare in advance for the possible risks it may generate.
