Abstract

The Russia-Ukraine war is not only already deep in stalemate but is continuing to deteriorate as a proxy war. Because of the Russia-Ukraine war, the US is slowing down to counterbalance China, but this is only a temporary phenomenon and does not mean that the US will abandon its main strategic goal of counterbalancing China, nor does it mean that China's strategic situation will improve. As the world moves from unipolar to multipolar, the factors affecting China's strategic situation have become more diverse and complex. To understand China's strategic situation more clearly, we need to systematically sort out and analyze the impact of the Russia-Ukraine war on the world's major powers.
